The Total Woman Inc. mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Total Woman Inc. (“Total Woman Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting into our SMS/text messaging service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time, without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Total Woman Inc., you agree to receive recurring messages from us via your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided—even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Event updates and reminders
Promotions and special offers
Marketing communications (including cart reminders, where applicable)
You understand that your participation in this program is completely voluntary and that consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Total Woman Inc. does not charge for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider. Please contact your carrier for details regarding your plan.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by:

Clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
If you are subscribed to multiple Total Woman Inc. messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately, unless otherwise required by law.

We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. If we do, we will notify you. However, messages sent to previously used numbers (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated contact points.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide an accurate and valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-subscribe using your new number to continue receiving messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Woman Inc. is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, any errors in message content, or any actions taken (or not taken) based on the information provided through the Service.
